2012 SEARAC Policy Priorities
Mar 1 2012 SEARAC Policy Priorities
Each year, the SEARAC policy team reviews SEARAC's current policy priorities, and, after consulting with locally based community organizations and leaders across the country, identifies issues that will have significant impact on Southeast Asian Americans in the upcoming year. These issues are then incorporated into SEARAC's policy priorities which serve as a guide for SEARAC's policy work throughout the next year. Because approximately half the Southeast Asian American population in the United States resides in California, SEARAC also identifies California state specific policy priorities each year.
