WASHINGTON, DC – The Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC) has been awarded a three-year, $150,000 general operating support grant from the Surdna Foundation. This generous gift will bolster SEARAC’s national policy priorities and leadership development for Southeast Asian American communities, including our upcoming 25th anniversary Leadership and Advocacy Training (LAT) program.

“We are so grateful to the Surdna Foundation and President Don Chen for their continued support of SEARAC and Southeast Asian Americans,” stated SEARAC Executive Director Quyên Đinh. “The Surdna Foundation has been a thoughtful, collaborative funder for SEARAC since 2022. As we look ahead to the 50th anniversary of the Southeast Asian American refugee experience in 2025, we are thrilled to have this continued funding to nourish our growing, thriving Southeast Asian American community.”
