In 2019, SEARAC collected almost 250 survey responses from SEAAs across California to share their mental health needs, the challenges they faced in accessing culturally and linguistically appropriate care, and their vision for the mental health system in California.
During a difficult year in which we saw the onset of COVID-19 and a rise in anti-Asian racism, SEARAC provided both policy advocacy as well as rapid response to partners and SEAA communities across the country.
